Morphometrics of Tomato Pin Worm <i>Tuta absoluta</i> Meyrick on Different Host Plants

The morphometrics of the Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) reared on tomato, potato and brinjal were analysed at Insectary, Department Entomology, S V Agricultural College, Tirupati. results showed that mean length width egg, I, II, III IV instar larvae, pupa adult was maximum when tomato. head capsule all instars also more. These findings clearly indicated preference T. for tomato compared to brinjal.
